Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, we’ve got you covered if there’s an issue:

✅ Eligible for Replacement or Refund:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Item is defective
  • You receive the wrong item

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Color differences due to screen settings
  • Customer input errors (name spelling, dates, etc.)
  • Change of mind

🔄 Replacement Policy

Approved issues will receive:

  • Free replacement OR
  • Store credit (at our discretion)

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your carrier directly.
